The virgin wool comes from German sheep , is mulesing-free , and is processed using particularly resource-efficient methods. Wool is naturally water- and wind-resistant , breathable , and pleasantly soft . It reliably retains body heat without causing overheating, thus providing ideal temperature regulation. At the same time, the material is robust, durable, and easy to care for – light soiling can simply be brushed off.

Soft curly inner lining for extra comfort

The curly lining gives the coat an exceptionally soft feel and keeps your dog comfortably warm even on cold days. It can be removed and washed separately if needed – keeping the coat hygienic and easy to care for.

Protection through softshell chest panel

The water- and wind-resistant softshell chest panel protects the sensitive chest and stomach area from dirt and splashes from the ground. It can be cleaned or replaced separately, ensuring the coat remains ready for use at all times – even when another part is in the wash.

The coat was specially designed for the unique body shape of dachshunds . The extended back section protects the sensitive spine from cold and wet conditions, while the close fit ensures a secure hold.
