General information on shipping:


The prices listed on the product pages already include VAT.

From a purchase value of 100,00€ we ship free of charge within Germany. Below that, we charge a flat rate of only €5,90 per order for delivery with DHL Paket within Germany. 

Delivery time with DHL 2-4 working days.


DHL EXPRESS shipping

We also offer DHL Express delivery within Germany.

DHL Express shipping rates within Germany:

  • Up to 1 kg – €19.90
  • Over 1 kg up to 2 kg – €24.90
  • Over 2 kg up to 4 kg – €29.90
  • Over 4 kg up to 5 kg – €39.90

For orders placed by 12:00 noon, delivery usually takes place by 12:00 noon on the next working day.

DHL Express delivery to other countries is available on request.


Shipping to Other EU Countries:

For deliveries to EU countries outside Germany, we charge the following shipping fees per order:

DHL Premium shipping rates:

  • Up to 2 kg – €15.90
  • Over 2 kg up to 3 kg – €24.90
  • Over 3 kg up to 4 kg – €34.90
  • Over 4 kg up to 5 kg – €39.90
  • Over 5 kg up to 7 kg – €49.90

Delivery with DHL Premium usually takes 4–8 working days.


Shipping to Switzerland:

Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland are processed through our shipping partner, MeinEinkauf AG. Shipping is handled as follows:

During checkout, customers enter their usual Swiss delivery address. The parcel is then automatically forwarded to MeinEinkauf AG, who prepare the goods for onward transport to Switzerland and handle customs clearance. Once customs clearance has been completed, the parcel is handed over to DPD and delivered to the Swiss delivery address provided by the customer.

Tracking information is automatically updated once the parcel has been handed over to DPD.

As shipping and customs clearance are handled through MeinEinkauf AG, customers do not incur any additional customs charges or import duties. Any shipping costs displayed during checkout remain unaffected.

By completing the order, the customer agrees to the processing of shipments to Switzerland through MeinEinkauf AG.

 

Shipping to Non-EU Countries:

For deliveries to non-EU countries, such as the United Kingdom, Iceland and others, additional charges may apply at the border of the destination country, including customs clearance fees, import duties and other costs.

We are legally required to declare the full amount paid for the shipment and must provide an invoice if requested by the customs authorities.

Customs clearance and import procedures are beyond the control of Leopold's Finest for dogs GmbH. Therefore, Leopold's Finest for dogs GmbH is not responsible for any additional charges or delays that may occur.

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and related charges applicable in their country, as the country of destination. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.

We are happy to ship your order with DHL Premium.

Shipping costs range from €19.90 to €24.90 per order.

Delivery with DHL Premium usually takes 4–8 working days.

Returns from Non-EU Countries:

Returns from non-EU countries must include all customs documents required for import into Germany. These documents must be completed correctly by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete customs documentation, as well as any costs resulting from the parcel being refused by the customs authorities and returned to the sender.

ATTENTION: please check your shipping address for correctness and completeness. In the event of returns due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs will be charged again for the second shipment.
