Our flight bags in sizes S and M meet all the specifications and requirements for a transport container for the aircraft cabin by the following airlines: Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, SWISS, Edelweiss Air, Dolomiti Air, Crotia Airlines and Discover Airlines.

Optimal ventilation and comprehensive protection

The dog carrier for airplanes features a lightweight mesh top that can be completely closed without compromising ventilation. Zippers on both sides allow for easy and complete opening of the carrier. A plastic mesh panel is incorporated into the back of the carrier, providing both breathability and stability to prevent your pet's claws from getting caught. Two additional windows made of durable plastic mesh have been added on the left and right sides for even better air circulation.

Maximum comfort

The lowered entrance makes getting in and out easy for your four-legged friend. Small dogs with short legs can simply hop into the carrier. The orthopedic mattress contributes to a restful flight and provides your dog with an ideal place to lie down during the flight. Its anatomical shape offers optimal back support, reduces dachshund discomfort, and protects your pet's joints.

Easy to use

The orthopedic mattress is easy to remove. The fabric cover can be easily removed via a zipper on the side and is therefore effortlessly washable at 30°C.

Standing and flexible side walls

Our airline bags are equipped with high-quality foam that gives the dog carrier the necessary stability to prevent the side walls from collapsing. Thanks to the flexible side walls, the bag can be perfectly positioned under the seat in front of you on the plane. Afterwards, it springs back to its original shape.

Reinforced floor

The bag's base is water-repellent and easy to clean. The removable base plate provides additional stability and makes storage easy.

Removable mattress

Inside the flight bag is a removable and reversible orthopedic mattress. The cover is velvety soft and can be easily washed at 30°C.

Safety for your four-legged friend

Protection and safety are paramount when traveling with a dog. To secure the dog during the flight, the dog carrier contains a nylon strap with a high-quality stainless steel carabiner.

Practical side pocket for documents

A practical compartment for your travel documents is incorporated on the long side of the flight bag, so you always have your papers handy.

Ideal for use on rolling suitcases

Thanks to the integrated luggage strap on the other side of the pet carrier, it can be easily attached to a rolling suitcase for transport. The luggage strap prevents the carrier from slipping or tipping over – ensuring convenient handling.

Bowl attachment with foldable travel bowl

Below the entrance is a feeding bowl holder that can be easily opened and closed with a zipper. The included collapsible travel bowl can be easily stored inside thanks to its flexibility. 

Removable treat pouch

Absolutely essential is the removable Leopold's treat pouch, which matches the color of the carrier and is included with the flight bag. It keeps jacket and trouser pockets clean and keeps the treats readily accessible.

The flight bag is suitable for all small dogs that are no taller than approx. 40cm and no longer than approx. 55cm. Please measure your dog for this.
